Communication Services:
Communication between the Board and the residents is vital to the success of your any community.  PSI has the tools necessary to tear down the barriers to communication and help disseminate Board information to the community.  Our communication services include:

• Providing educational courses to better train Board Members on how to best serve their Association, such as PSI's own "Board Member Bootcamp" .
• Assisting in preparing a Welcoming Package, including a listing of current Officers and Members of the Board and other general information regarding the Community.
• General Mailings such as meeting notices and policy changes.
• Preparing and distributing Association Newsletters for direct communication with residents.
• Quarterly Newsletters updating Board members of industry insight.
• Review of community ordinance changes for possible impact on the Association upon request of the Board of Directors.

Maintenance Services:
PSI is your on call service and maintenance provider.  Our staff is trained to assess all situations from routine maintenance to catastrophic damage, and find reasonable solutions to address the issue.  PSI does not employ a maintenance division, nor do we have any agreements or partnerships with such vendors.  We present reasonable options for our clients and allow them to choose the vendor that best fits your needs.  Our maintenance services include:

• Remainder of Life assessments of common area facilities and mechanics.
• Grounds inspections to assess future needs.
• Negotiations with a preferred vendors list to secure quality affordable services.  (Although PSI urges use of its preferred vendors list as a quality control measure, we are open to bids from the Associations previous vendors as well).
