Property Specialists, Inc. is a large residential property management firm located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago Illinois. We are currently looking to expand our award winning team, and are seeking self-motivated individuals for full time on and off site management positions. Full On-Site Property Manager:

Overview:
PSI Property Managers are responsible for the overall management of single and multi-family communities throughout Chicago and the Collar Counties.  Responsibilities include budgeting, financial management, oversight of the physical site and supervision of vendor services and staff.  Property Mangers will ensure that the property meets or exceeds its financial performance targets and Board objectives.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years previous property management experience is required.  Experience in multi-family mid-rise condominiums preferred.  
- CAI Certification preferred.
- Experience in budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control.
- Strong organizational and communication skills a must.
- Extensive knowledge of the Illinois Condominium Act preferred.
- Basic computer skills a must.

Full Time Assistant Property Manager:

Overview:
Duties include supervision of staff, day to day operations of the association; issuing work orders, coding bills, assisting with other projects as directed by the Property Manager.

Requirements:
- Experience in condominium management preferred
- Experience in budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control
- Strong organizational and communication skills a must.
- Basic computer skills a plus.
