Our staff has the ability to identify and solve your maintenance issues quickly and effectively utilizing our network of carefully screened vendors - vendors who know the level of service and quality our clients expect. As part of our maintenance program, we provide regular site inspections of the property, present our findings to the Board, and assist in securing bids when maintenance work is needed.
The contractor's final product reflects on both the managing agent as well as the Board. As your property managers, believe anything less than perfect is unacceptable. Final invoices are not paid until we verify the work has been completed to specification and meeting PSI's high standard of excellence All major capital projects are reviewed by the Property Manager as well as our firm's Property Inspectors, come from a background in residential and commercial construction.
PSI has also established a maintenance partnership called Property Maintenance & Construction Company to provide low cost handyman functions for PSI clients. While PMC is fully capable of handling day to day construction defects and routine maintenance items, PSI prefers to allow major capital projects to be sent out to bid by multiple vendors who have been vetted for the highest quality standards.
PMC offers a competitive rate depending on the service provided. These services include but are not limited to: leak investigation and repair; roofing maintenance and repair; siding, fascia and soffit repair; gutter cleaning and repair; exterior and interior building maintenance; shutter replacement and repair; fence repair and replacement; window and door replacement; power washing and paint replacement, minor electrical and plumbing repair; drywall repair; eviction and cleaning services.
Unlike other maintenance services, PSI is able to coordinate PMC’s schedule to establish a more efficient response time, and reduce trip charges for our clients. PSI fully discloses our interest in both firms to all our clients.
