We are dedicated to keeping our firm in the forefront of the industry. To attain this goal, our staff members are required to attend seminars and training sessions, while officers of the company often serve as guest lecturers and panel members. Continuing the education of all staff members is paramount in serving our clients to the best of our ability.
PSI Managers are on-call during regular business hours, with a calling service employed to dispatch all emergency calls during non-business hours to deliver 24 hour service 7 days a week. We're never more than a phone call or email away.

Tracy Hill, AMS, RAM, PCAM
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hill has over thirty years experience in the management of single family and multi-family communities, ranging from subsidized housing to exclusive single family and town home communities. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Community Association Institute, Illinois Chapter, as President of the Multi-Family Housing Council of Illinois, as President of the Apartment and Condominium Council of Greater Chicago, as a member of the National Association of Home Builders' Multi-Family Mortgage Finance Committee and is a past Chairman of the NAHB RAM Board of Governors. Concurrent with this last position, he serves as a National Director of the National Association of Home Builders. In 1996, Mr. Hill was appointed to the Legislative Review Committee and concurrently serves as a State Director for the Home Builders Association of Illinois. He is a two term President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago where he remains a Life Director as well as a Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builder Association of Illinois.

Cathy Ryan, CMCA, AMS
Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years experience at Property Specialists, Inc, Ms. Ryan is well versed in all aspects of property management. Along with overseeing the operations of the company, she continues to oversee portfolio managers to ensure quality work. In addition to her service at PSI, she volunteers for many charitable functions benefiting Special Olympics and sits on the Editorial Board for one of our industry's informational magazines. Ms. Ryan was instrumental in developing PSI's in-house Board Member Training Program, where she currently serves as a class instructor.

Lawrence J. Lolli, CMCA, AMS
Vice President of Community Property Management
A graduate of DePaul University, Mr. Lolli has thirty years of association management experience. Initially in the rental industry with Baird & Warner, Inc., he was active in the major conversions to condominiums which took place in the 1970's, high-rise condominium experience in the gold coast area, urban renewal developments in the city and association management from Lake Forest to Hazel Crest. He joined Property Specialists, Inc. in 1995 after serving thirteen years as a principal and president of his own property management firm. While his duties are numerous, his expectations are high.

Melinda Jara, CMCA
Vice President of New Construction
Ms. Jara serves as the supervisor for all PSI new construction communities, overseeing all managers working with properties still under construction. With over 16 years experience at Property Specialists, Inc., she is well versed in the start up and ongoing management of properties from the time the sales office opens until the turnover from the builder board to the homeowner elected board of directors.

Mary Seego, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RPA
Assistant Vice President
Ms. Seego serves as supervisor for all established communities in DuPage County and the south suburbs. Ms. Seego has joined PSI in 2007, but has been working in the industry for over 20 years. She is the supervisor for PSI's Satellite Office located in Woodridge, IL. Ms. Seego currently holds the PCAM certification, the highest accreditation afforded by CAI for residential property managers.

Account Executives:
In addition to the members of Senior Staff, Property Specialists, Inc. employs Account Executives to monitor communities and supervise the work of each Property Manager. In addition to their supervisory roles, each Account Executive maintains there own individual property portfolio.
Kurt Kojzarek, CMCA
Director of Operations Planning
Mr. Kojzarek has worked in the home building and residential management profession since 2006, having joined PSI in the Fall of 2009. In addition to serving as an Account Executive, Kurt works with Senior Staff to upgrade the firm's systems and operating procedures, as well as meeting with potential clients and preparing bids.

Jennifer Payne, CMCA
Account Executive
Ms. Payne is an Account executive with several years of experience in property management. She joined PSI in October of 2006 and since she become a Certified Manager of Community Association and manages multiple associations. Jennifer has a number of years’ experience in sales, operations, management, investment securities and financial planning.

Leslie, Pollard, CMCA
Account Executive
Ms. Pollard came to PSI in June 2009 with 6 years in Property Management, having experience in condominium, townhome and high rise communities. She has earned her M-100 and CMCA designations through Community Associations Institute in 2009. She currently manages several communities and is eager to pursue her PCAM designation. Leslie participates in the CAI Trade Shows and is pursuing other involvement with CAI events.
